Salary survey: same work for less pay

New data shows that at almost every level, women are doing the same work for less than men, while for both sexes, average pay has fallen in real terms. Richard Waite reports

The message from new salary figures, released exclusively to the AJ, is stark and unequivocal. Women working in the architecture profession earn less than men doing the same jobs. On average, the data concludes, £1,690 less.
